Double-Wick Jar Candles

When most people think about soy wax candles, they typically think of those made in a glass jar. It has been a popular choice for candles of all wax types, but in recent years it has been complicated by what kind of wick is inserted into the candle jar: a traditional cotton fiber wick, or a wooden wick.

So why not have both?

The Double-Wick Jar Candle, made by gluing a cotton wick to both sides of a wooden wick, tells us that we don't have to choose one wick over another when it comes to our jar candles. It provides extra burning power for the candle, redundancy in case the wick breaks from over-trimming, and an extra talking point with your social contacts!

All of the LOICWW jar candles are made with our coconut/soy wax blend, but for those that insist in having beeswax in their jar candles, up to 1/4 beeswax content can be added. All jar candles can be dyed a variety colors upon request, and they can be made unscented or with a scent mix (be sure to see the scent mix page for what I have available).

Note: only 8 and 16 oz size jar candles are available. Shapes of the jars may vary due to supply. Wooden wicks are known to produce smoke while burning, so use only in a well-ventilated area.
